Andy Reid Issues Strong Warning to Travis Kelce About Bringing Taylor Swift to Super Bowl—Calls Her a Major Distraction with No Real Importance

The post came after the Chiefs won their third consecutive AFC Championship title. And you have to give it to Andy Reid’s leadership for this extraordinary success. In his 12 years of coaching with the Chiefs, he’s led KC to three Super Bowl wins.

Reid’s magic lies in knowing how to handle players at different stages of their careers and coaching them accordingly. What you see as wins on the gridiron is a result of Andy Reid’s powerhouse leadership and his calculated moves.

And, of course, his years of experience in coaching. On Wednesday, the Chiefs’ head coach took some time to chat with Colin Cowherd. And the host couldn’t stop himself from giving Reid his flowers.

Colin was beyond impressed with how Andy layers excellence on the gridiron, seamlessly blending the talents of his players -from the young guns to the seasoned vets. So, while discussing his excellent layered system, Colin popped a coaching question about Travis. He asked Reid if he coaches the star tight end differently because of his age and experience.

And in Reid’s answer, you’ll find why Kelce is still balling like a pro. The Chiefs HC shared that he coaches Travis differently. “We’ve had him my whole duration here and drafted him and so on. So I kind of know where he’s at, physically, mentally. I know what he can do in games. And, so we try to utilize him.” And Kelce isn’t the only one Reid’s coaching differently—the same goes for star QB Patrick Mahomes.
