CINCINNATI — UC legend Jason Kelce told a hilarious story about how he got an open container charge during his time in Clifton.
Kelce was 21 and at a house party when police showed up and told him to leave, only to catch him right in the middle of cracking a beer just a few minutes later as he was walking to another house.
