Giants cornerback Adoree Jackson picked off a pass and returned the interception 76 yards for a touchdown with nine seconds left in the third quarter. At the end of the return, Hurts made a horse-collar tackle on Jackson and yanked him to the end zone turf for an unnecessary roughness penalty — and the fine, which was announced Saturday.
