Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift couldn’t be more in-sync as their “Love Story” grows. The highly talked about couple proved this to be true during Kelce’s recent NFL game on Sunday, Dec. 31.
For those who may’ve missed it, the Kansas City Chiefs played the Cincinnati Bengals on New Year’s Eve, scoring a win and the AFC West division title. And, like she has done for the last several months, Swift showed up at Arrowhead Stadium to support her beau, who is a tight end for the Kansas City-based team. And not only did she impress in a Chiefs-themed white and black bomber jacket, but she proved to onlookers that she’s Kelce’s No. 1 fan.
Specifically, when Swift spotted Kelce doing a hype-up dance on the field, the “Lover” songstress joined in on the fun, matching his energy with her own little dance. Fans couldn’t get enough of the sweet moment, with many commenting on the interaction on social media. One fan on X (formerly Twitter) noted, “They match energy fr.”
Another chimed in with, “I swear he’s the female version of her w/ the same goofy, fashionable, kind soul.” A third wrote, “this is straight out of a movie.” Of course, we’re just happy to see that Swift remained unapologetically Kelce’s biggest fan after Skip Bayless bluntly called her a “distraction” following the Chiefs’ loss to the Las Vegas Raiders on Christmas Day.
However, as Swift put it best in her Time cover story, “I’m just there to support Travis. I have no awareness of if I’m being shown too much and pissing off a few dads, Brads, and Chads.” Here’s hoping we get even more Swelce content in 2024.
